What is the E-Ink display on Luma™?
The E-Ink display on Luma™ is a small built-in screen that shows a personalised photo or image directly on the back of Luma™. It uses very little energy, and the image can remain visible even without a continuous power supply.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days from delivery to return your case. Once we have received and checked it, you will be refunded to your original payment method.
Does the display stay on permanently?
Yes, once you have set your image, the display stays on permanently and Luma™ does not need charging.
What is NFC technology on Luma™?
On Luma™, NFC technology lets you transfer a photo from your phone to Luma™, without a cable, simply by holding your phone close to the case.
Is the display readable in sunlight?
Yes, the display has a brightness of around 800 nits. It is very readable in full sunlight and strong direct light with a dark screen.
