Delivery areas

We deliver to Switzerland, France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Delivery times

Your order is prepared within 1 to 2 working days, then shipped. Allow 7 to 14 working days from payment confirmation to delivery.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free, with no minimum order.

Tracking

Every order is shipped with a tracking number, emailed when the parcel is handed to the carrier. You can track it on the Track your order page.

Customs duties and import taxes

Products ship from abroad. For deliveries outside Switzerland (France, Belgium and Luxembourg), customs duties, import VAT or carrier handling fees may be charged on delivery under the destination country's rules. These amounts are not included in the displayed price and are payable by the recipient.

They depend on parcel value and local customs rules; we cannot calculate or refund them in advance. Contact us with questions before ordering.

Lost or damaged parcel

If your parcel has not arrived after 20 working days or arrives damaged, email lumixacase@gmail.com: we will reship or refund.

Delivery address

Check your address when ordering. We can correct an entry error reported within 12 hours; after that, the parcel is dispatched and we cannot intervene.
