Terms of service
Article 1 — Purpose
These terms govern product sales on lumixacase.com by LumixaCase, operated by Sabrina Stouder, Les Brussattes 22D, 2904 Bressaucourt, Switzerland.
Article 2 — Products
LumixaCase sells customisable phone cases with NFC technology and an e-ink display. Essential product features are shown on each product page. Images are illustrative; slight variations in colour or finish are possible.
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) for Switzerland and euros (EUR) for France, Belgium and Luxembourg, inclusive of taxes. They exclude possible customs duties and import taxes described in our shipping policy. Prices may change at any time; orders are charged at the price in force when confirmed.
Article 4 — Orders
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms. We email an order confirmation after payment approval. The contract is concluded when that confirmation is sent.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is made online when ordering, using the methods offered on the site. Orders are processed after payment is received.
Article 6 — Delivery
Delivery areas, times and costs are detailed in our shipping policy. LumixaCase is not responsible for delays beyond its control, such as customs, carrier delays or force majeure.
Article 7 — Returns and refunds
Every customer, regardless of residence, has fourteen (14) days from receipt to return an order without giving a reason. See our refund policy for details.
Article 8 — EU consumers
If you reside in an EU member state, you benefit from the right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU:
- You have fourteen (14) days from the day you, or a person you designate, takes physical possession of the product to withdraw without giving a reason or incurring a penalty.
- To exercise this right, email an unambiguous statement to lumixacase@gmail.com. The model form below is optional.
- We refund all payments, including standard delivery costs, no later than fourteen (14) days after receiving the returned product, using the original payment method.
- We cover return shipping costs.

Article 9 — Warranty
Products are covered by the statutory warranty against defects for two (2) years from receipt (Articles 197 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations). EU consumers also benefit from the statutory conformity guarantee under Directive (EU) 2019/771.
Article 10 — Liability
LumixaCase is not liable for damage caused by use of a product outside its intended purpose.
Article 11 — Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swiss law. This does not deprive EU consumers of protections under mandatory laws in their country of residence or the right to bring proceedings before its courts.
