Article 1 — Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale govern sales of products made on the site lumixacase.com by LumixaCase.

Article 2 — Products

LumixaCase sells customisable phone cases with NFC technology and an e-ink display. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on each product page.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), all taxes included. LumixaCase reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4 — Orders

Any order placed on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms. An order confirmation is sent by email once payment has been validated.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made online at the time of ordering, using the payment methods offered on the site (bank card, TWINT, or others depending on configuration).

Article 6 — Delivery

Delivery times are set out in the Shipping policy. LumixaCase cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (customs, carrier, etc.).

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal and returns

Under Swiss law, the statutory right of withdrawal (unlike in the EU) does not apply automatically to online purchases in Switzerland. LumixaCase nevertheless offers a voluntary return policy — see the Refund policy for details and conditions.

Article 8 — Warranty

The products sold are covered by the Swiss statutory warranty against defects (art. 197 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations) for 2 years from receipt of the product.

Article 9 — Liability

LumixaCase cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products by the customer.

Article 10 — Applicable law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of LumixaCase's registered office shall have sole jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory legal provisions applicable to consumers.
